Crochet hooks: The larger the hook, the less warm your Hoodie will be in the end.
6mm body with 5 mm cuffs (gray hoodie - Hobbii) Can be worn in mild winter weather
7mm body with 6mm cuffs (royal blue hoodie - Hobbii) Can be worn in spring light and airy
6mm body with 5 mm cuffs (variegated blue hoodie - Bernat) Can be worn in temps as low as 30°F with a basic $3 long sleeve shirt underneath.
You must use the 2 hook sizes of your choice, but for actual warmth a hook that is at least a whole size smaller than the yarn suggests is best, unless you have a super tight tension.
